You have access to community experts, product enthusiasts and fellow developers on CDC 3.0. In addition, we have a dedicated team of Application Engineers across different time zones eager to assist you with your technical queries on CDC 3.0. We provide local language support in Mandarin and Japanese.

INTUITIVE ONLINE SEARCH
You said you needed better online search.
We enhanced our search engine. We also added predictive text capabilities to make it easier to find the technical resources you are looking for.

SHORTER LEAD TIME
You said you wanted shorter lead times to meet your shipping schedule needs.
Throughout 2017 and early 2018 we stabilized and reduced our lead-times in several product families, including PSoC, MCU, Wireless, and Analog products. We expanded capacity at front end and backend steps, and improved our inventory strategy planning. The NAND/NOR Flash portfolio of products has been experiencing supply tightness due to increased demand. As a countermeasure, we have added external and internal capacity at sort and test operations, and optimized wafer starts. Nonetheless, we expect the tight supply to continue through 2018, because of the continuing high demand.
On the On-Time-Delivery front, we are proud of our consistent performance of 99% on time - achieved through optimized planning, flexible-manufacturing and a simplified supply chain. We are committed to sustaining this performance in the years to come.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
You have asked for faster response time, so we have:
- Increased our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) resources to accommodate customer requests for EDI.
- Engaged in customer consignment programs for large volume requirements.
- Set up customers to receive their backlog and lead time reports
- Centralized our customer service department to provide broader support
