Cypress’ Wi-Fi MCUs enables customers to bring high-quality, differentiated IoT products to market faster and with low risk. Cypress’ Wi-Fi MCU portfolio consists of the PSoC® 6 MCU, paired with Cypress’ Wi-Fi/BT combo radio modules. PSoC 6 MCU based Wi-Fi solution enables you to create a secure, low power, feature-rich IoT product. PSoC 6 MCU integrates a dual-CPU architecture, and also includes a rich set of peripherals including capacitive touch sensing, audio interface, and external memory interfaces. The built-in security features ensure your IoT system is protected.
Cypress provides the ModusToolbox Software for developing Cloud Connected Solutions using Wi-Fi MCUs. ModusToolbox Software is the most adaptable development system for IoT and includes carefully packaged solutions to support the popular ecosystems and cloud management tools that are in use today including AWS IoT and Arm Pelion.
Cypress has partnered with various module partners to provide pre-certified radio modules and System-In-Package (SiP) solutions to simplify RF design and regulatory certification. Evaluation kits are available for getting started with the Wi-Fi MCU products and partner modules, and to prototype the IoT applications.
